What happens if the size does not fit me or I want to change what I bought?

What happens if a product is out of stock?

All products are with stock availability. If in any case you would like to change a product that you bought for the same one in another size and it is no longer available, we can refund your money or you can exchange it for another of the same value or paying the difference, in case you want a product of a different size. different value.

Can I cancel my purchase order?

Depends. We cannot cancel the purchase order if you have already completed the last step in the purchase process, that is, if you have already paid with your debit/credit card. If at no time did you make the payment with your card, then you can cancel your order.

What happens if no one is found at the delivery address?

In dispatches up to 2 dispatch attempts are made leaving a written notice that they were there. If after that no one is found to receive your purchase, it returns to us and we will refund your money but not the shipping cost in these cases.

IMPORTANT: If there is no one to receive the parcel (janitors in the case of buildings) or they are at very specific hours, it is very likely that the delivery will not be made.
